Renton Suites
This tenant improvement feasibility study was for an office suites company. There are 50+ offices in each design with conference rooms, break rooms and shared services. The 3d model was a quick way to show the density of the offices and the views in each office. The two schemes created to also to clearly delineate the difference between an interior conference room and an exterior conference room and allow the client to chose what they felt would be the most marketable choice for their business model.
