The first of its kind in the Seattle area, the King 5 Concept Home was a collaboration with local vendors, King 5 television, and MacPherson Construction & Design. All tour proceeds went to benefit the Pratt Fine Arts Center in Seattle. This home showed state-of-the-art systems throughout. Steep (40%) slope issues limited the home's footprint on the top of the slope above the lake. The fully appointed cabana along with organic stone spa beckons one down the stone walkway to spend a day on the water on Lake Sammamish.
