When the Bell Plaza Building in Seattle added Nordstrom as a major tenant and refurbished the entry and lobby, Twist was selected to provide full design services for Century Café on the second floor. The café offers breakfast and lunch with grab and go selections as well. A pizza oven is just part of the kitchen’s equipment and after typical business hours, serve as test kitchen to develop new offerings for all of Nordstrom’s restaurants and café’s. area with large sliding wood and resin doors so that large group meetings can make use of the space. One notable feature of the dining room is the communal table --- constructed from the floor of a northwest bowling alley that closed and from clothing hang rod once used in Nordstrom stock rooms.
