Located in the heart of City of DuPont's retail core, this project consists of one two story building. The building is approximately 3,600 square feet on 18,730 square foot site, which includes associated parking and vibrant landscaping. The multi-colored CMU building is enhanced with sloped metal roof. Storefronts, lighting and canopies enhance the pedestrian experience.
