This project consisted of a concrete panel retail shell for Ross Dress For Less and Grocery Outlet. It is located in an existing retail site master plan in Sequim, Washington. The building was based off of Ross's prototype store and TWIST worked to bond the two retail stores together into one cohesive building. TWIST worked with Ross to get the tenant improvement of their prototype store through permit and construciton. This project opened in Summer of 2011.
