TWIST looked at options to construct either one or two buildings on two vacent parcels totallying 4.62 acres. In the two building scheme, each building will have 40,000 square feet of office on two levels with 38,000 square feet of structured parking below on two levels. The single building scheme had 66,000 square feet of office with 22,000 square feet of structured parking. Each option takes advantage of the natural topography of the site so that the parking levels will daylight and have natural ventilation.

TWIST used both 2D and 3D drawings to figure out the steep slope site in placing the buildings and parking them at 5/1000. The plans also considered the distance each car would be from the enrtances and centralized them so that a majority of visitors would have a relatively flat and short distance to the front door. The 3D renderings helped the client and the city understand clearly and quickly the product that will be delivered.
