This office campus consists of one three-story building and three four-story buildings set over a composite below grade three-level parking structure. The buildings are constructed of steel with a combination of pre-cast concrete panel, EIFS, and ribbon window cladding. Curtain walls, metal panels, and canopies highlight the entry points. Site amenities include an on-grade elevated deck with colored concrete patterns and built-in planters that enable pedestrian circulation and landscaping.
