TWIST and Shoesmith Cox Architects collaborated to do a quick site feasibility study on a 4.83 acre site in Mountlake Terrace, WA. The study featured a 97 room hotel and a Multi-Family / Senior Living concept. The team was able to quickly do a multiple of sketches and work with the owner to narrow down the ideas. Then we went into 3D so the owner could both understand the spacial qualiteis and have a quality marketing product.
