This proposal is for a mixed-use development incorporating a grocery store, retail, offices and residential units to be located on a prominent site in the redeveloping High Point neighborhood in West Seattle. The buildings define the site perimeter in order to minimize the presence of the grocery and retail parking. The grocery store is situated at the center of the site, with its entry aligned to a proposed pedestrian walkway connecting to a corner gateway plaza. This walkway incorporates pedestrian-oriented

amenities such as water features, benches, sidewalk cafes, and restaurants. The development will be a destination for the broader community, reconnecting High Point to West Seattle.
