Provided Microsoft with site planning analysis and statistics on maximizing available un-built area remaining on the 200-acre campus, in several master plan studies. Each study included demolishing several one story buildings in order to maximize square footage in two and three story buildings, transferring development rights, abandoning street right of ways, review of open spaces, and locating a "Commons" building near the center of the site, as well as advice on permit and jurisdictional reviews with the City of Redmond.
