WEST PARK MASTER PLAN
Located within the city limits, Westpark will become the western "Gateway". Encompassing 80 acres Westpark will be transformed from 1940's WWII assisted housing neighborhood, into a new vibrant mixed-use community. One of the design goals is to create a new urban focus in Bremerton, reflecting the visual character and imagery of an "urban village." Featuring a variety of retail stores and shops, office, dining, and pubic plazas.
Working with BHA and the City of Bremerton, we established an appropriate zoning designation that will allow both phasing and land-use flexibility, which are essential to the economic feasibility of the project. The proposed master plan facilitates fine-tuning to adjust to market shifts in the future by creating parcels that are adaptable to a wide variety of uses.
