Growth of Nordstrom Corporate staff in Seattle and lease expirations led Nordstrom to select the Russell Investment Center office space to consolidate their information technology group. Much of the original Washington Mutual build-out was retained, and private offices, computer lab spaces, conference rooms and work spaces were added. TWIST services included master planning, programming, space planning, design, and construction documentation. The Nordstrom Russell Investment Center Tenant Improvement project was completed in 2011.
