Utilizing 3-D modeling and color we can quickly interpret a zoning code as part of the normal entitlement process. The resultant zoning envelope contains building setbacks, building base requirements, building step backs, buildable area, potential program, allowable height and access point pedestrian and vehicular. By looking at this during the entitlement process we have the ability to deliver the developer a simpler building to construct, yielding a higher return on the investment.
